NOTICE of the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of CARNEGIE HARRIERS SCIO 51520
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Carnegie Harriers will take place on Tuesday 16th May 2023 at 8pm
at Pitreavie Golf Clubhouse, preceded by a light buffet at 7:30pm
The purpose of the meeting will be to:
- Agree the minutes of the 2022 AGM
- Receive the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023, and the recommendation of the trustee board for membership fees for the year 2023-24
- Elect trustees to the Trustee Board for 2023-2024.
Following the AGM, prizes will be presented for the 2022-23 Road and Off Road GPs and the All Rounders Competition
