Carnegie Harriers was formed in 1991 and became a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO No 51520) in February 2022.

The club is affiliated to scottishathletics and, as such, is bound by the terms of affiliation. The club has adopted scottishathletics policies or formulated their own based on scottishathletics guidelines and templates. Please click on the buttons below to see individual documents.

On joining, and when renewing their membership on an annual basis, all members are asked to sign a declaration to the effect that they “….. agree to abide by the Constitution and conditions of Carnegie Harriers and any body to which the club is affiliated.”
