The AGM will take place on Tuesday 16th May in Pitreavie Golf Club house at 7:30pm. The formal notification was emailed out on Saturday – please check your Spam/Junk box if you did not receive it. Copies can also be found on the Members only Facebook page and, shortly, on the website. Additional papers will be sent out a week or so before the AGM.
Training this week:
Tuesday April 25: 4-5 of approx. 1km loop @5k pace with 90 secs recovery. The session will take place in Pittencrieff Park (aka The Glen). Meet by the Glen Pavilion Café Glen Pavilion and park in the city’s car parks. The session will be led by Karl.
Thursday April 27: Speed Supersets: 3 sets of 200m @ mile pace, 200m @3k pace, 1k @ 5k pace (all continuous) with 2-minute recoveries between each set. Meet at the crossroads by the Glen Pavilion Café Glen Pavilion and park in the city’s car parks. The session will be led by Kathryn.
Sessions begin with a dynamic warmup at 18:45 with the session starting at 18:50. Don’t forget to do a good warm up before the dynamic warm up, and do a cool down after the session.
The Return to Running group will also be meeting at The Glen on Thursday. The group is ideal for members wanting to ease back into training or looking for a gentler session.

Remember, if you have any symptoms of any potentially transmissible illness (not just Covid), please do not attend training.
