Graham Clark Memorial Race – Tuesday 15th August

Training this week:
Tuesday July 25 (led by Kathryn): Pittencrieff Park (aka The Glen). Meet at Glen Pavilion. Park in the city’s car parks or around Limekilns Road.
Cruise intervals using the long and short loop. 5 x 6 mins @ 10k pace with 1 minute recoveries, (no recovery following the final rep, straight into 30s fast) then 4 x 30/30 (30 secs on, 30 secs off).
Thursday July 27 (led by Lesley): Grange Park (opposite the King Malcolm Hotel), meet for warm up Grange Drive Warm up meeting place Plenty of street parking locally. (Gym 64 loop will be used if the underfoot conditions are slippery.)
Speed Intervals – 90, 120, 90 secs x 5 with equal recoveries (90 secs on, 90 secs off, 120 secs on, 120 secs off etc)
There will also be a Return to Running Group on Thursday.
All training starts at 18:30 from the session meeting place with a warm-up, a dynamic warm up at 18:45 and the session proper 18:50. If you can’t make the 18:30 warm up, don’t forget to do a good warm up before the dynamic warmup, and a cool down afterwards.
