The next instalment of Cross Country fun is just around the corner (and along the A92 a wee bit!). The National Short Cross Country Championships take place this coming Saturday (11th ) at Kirkcaldy High School, Dunnikier Way, Kirkcaldy, KY1 3LR.

The Men’s race starts at 1:05pm. The race is 4000m long taking in two laps of a grass course. I’ve attached a course map and the Information from the SAL website for Info. If you want to arrive in time to see the ladies racing, they start at 12:40pm.

Here is a link to the SAL page with all the info on it – http://events.scottishathletics.org.uk/events/19968-17481-lindsays-scottishathletics-national-short-course-xc-championships

Karen and myself will pick up the numbers at declaration on arrival and distribute when you all turn up. We are heading through early and partaking in Kirkcaldy parkrun in the morning so should be on site and have the tent up all ready for you.
