Mixed pace (new session):
1. Cruise intervals at threshold pace: 9 min, 2 min recovery, 7 min (approx. 2k and 1.5k – 1 mile) 3 minute recovery
2. VO2m pace intervals: 5 min, 3 min recovery, 3 min (approx. 1.2k and 700-800m) 2 minute recovery
3. Repetition pace intervals: 2 × 90 secs (approx. 400m) with 1 min recovery
