This is a fast, flat course with an excellent field and is also a Scottish Championship race. Don’t let that put you off as you get runners of all abilities racing, who get pulled along due to the fast nature of the course and field. You wanna 5k PB, then get along to Silverknowes and chase down your fellow CH’ers!
